Manufacturing Engineer

Exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in a CNC mill manufacturing environment! In this role, you will design and develop manufacturing processes and program the machines in CAM software. Our client is growing rapidly and there is a lot of opportunity to grow.

Core Requirements

2- 5+ years of relevant experience.

CNC programming, machining, and process improvement (mills)

CAD/CAM (Mastercam preferred), GD&T, and ERP systems

Continuous improvement and structured problem solving

Strong communication, presentation, and project-management skills

Key Responsibilities

Design and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and equipment

Create and approve work instructions; maintain routings and BOMs in ERP

Support new product launches and process changes, including training and validation

Develop, test, and justify tooling, fixtures, and production equipment

Drive cost reduction, quality improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives

Resolve production quality issues and support NCR activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Addison, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
