The Manufacturing Engineer will support the setup of a new manufacturing line that replicates an existing line. This role involves equipment specification and selection, cell design, facility layout, IQ/OQ/PQ, technical documentation writing, and operator training. Approximately one-third of the work involves project management, while the remaining two-thirds is hands-on manufacturing engineering.
Responsibilities
Support the setup of a new manufacturing line by replicating an existing line.
Specify and select equipment required for manufacturing processes.
Design and layout manufacturing cells and facilities.
Conduct IQ/OQ/PQ processes.
Write technical documentation for processes and procedures.
Train operators on new equipment and processes.
Engage in hands-on engineering work to optimize manufacturing processes.
Essential Skills
BS degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology or equivalent.
3-5+ years of technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Pro-Engineer, and MS Office.
Familiarity with PLCs, Electronics, Hydraulics, Robotics, and CNC programming.
Experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
IQ/OQ/PQ experience is desired.
Experience with MiniTab.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $46.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
