We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our team supporting the commercial operations team for Uber Direct. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing and building creative solutions to our most complex problems.
This role is responsible for owning and optimizing the end-to-end Direct sales funnel, leveraging automation and AI, ensuring strong process governance, best-in-class sales tooling, and high data integrity across the commercial lifecycle.
This individual will operate at the intersection of sales process design, automation, pipeline governance, and analytics-driven performance management. They will act as the operational backbone of the Direct sales organization-ensuring the sales team is enabled with scalable processes, clean data, and actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
This role requires deep understanding of the full sales funnel, strong Salesforce fluency, and a rigorous analytical framework to diagnose performance gaps and prioritize investments.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$162,000 per year - USD$180,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$162,000 per year - USD$180,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other @types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
