Job Title
Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and evaluate their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
Manage projects or substantial workstreams within a transformational change program, ensuring integration with related projects; use structured change management methodologies to build acceptance of change and to embed desired culture and behaviors.
Champion an innovation stream within the innovation road map, ensuring the right resources are in place to execute on the strategy.
Develop stakeholder engagement by identifying stakeholders; by finding out their needs, issues, and concerns; and by reacting to these needs, issues, and concerns to support the communication of business information and decisions.
Mentor, coach, support, and provide advice and guidance for service users, in accordance with guidelines and standards, to support them through issues and times of challenge and vulnerability.
Review and evaluate recommendations and requirements and to develop appropriate plans or deliver actions required.
Demonstrate a change mindset as well as plan, execute and monitor activities during times of change whilst keeping performance levels up.
Shift into and out of a mental mindset associated with assessing the facts and circumstances of the current situation and/or environment, and making the appropriate/innovative adjustments to thinking and work habits to thrive in any scenario.
