We are looking for a passionate and experienced leader to oversee our Family Services & Financial Education programs. Key responsibilities include overseeing family selection and support programs, guiding delivery of financial and homeownership education, supporting families through the application and homeownership journey, providing oversight to Homeowners' Associations, and building community partnerships to expand support and resources.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in finance, social work, sociology, psychology, education, or related field (or equivalent experience), 2-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in nonprofit or housing, strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of credit, lending, and financial wellness helpful, and a valid driver's license; must be able to obtain QLO certification within six months of hire.
