We are seeking a highly motivated person to lead administrative operations and supervise Client Access Services Teams across outpatient behavioral health sites. This position plays a key role in optimizing workflows, enhancing service accessibility, and ensuring consistent, high-quality client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises and manages Client Access Services Teams (CAST) across CSB outpatient sites.
Oversees staff performance evaluations, professional development, and operational support.
Reviews and enhances administrative workflows using performance data and operational metrics.
Develops and enforces front-desk policies (e.g., financial intakes, cashiering, insurance verification).
Leverages data analytics to support process improvements and system-wide consistency.
Coordinates with clinical teams and business units to align processes and improve service delivery.
Ensures compliance with Electronic Health Records (EHR) standards, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations, and Medicaid/insurance procedures.
Presents data-informed recommendations to leadership to guide operational decisions.
Conducts audits, analyze operational trends, and leads quality assurance initiatives.
Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive system-wide improvements. Must also have strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to lead teams through periods of high workload, staffing challenges, and operational change. Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in fast-paced, rapidly changing operational environments.
