Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and skilled Level 2 AV Engineer to join our team, providing advanced technical support, installation, and maintenance for AV systems in an executive briefing room. This role is critical for ensuring the flawless operation of cutting-edge AV equipment used by executives and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a deep understanding of AV technology, and the ability to interact with high-level clients in a professional manner. This position will be located within a highly visible, customer-facing location that provides support to executive level internal and external customers. Most work will be completed on-site within the facility located in Redmond, WA.

• Installation & Integration: Lead the installation and integration of AV systems in executive briefing rooms, including video conferencing, displays, projectors, microphones, cameras, and room control systems. Ensure proper setup of both hardware and software components, ensuring systems function optimally and integrate seamlessly with other technologies. Configure and setup for all EBC and mission critical systems. Support for client/server configuration, deployment, and management.
• Advanced Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to AV equipment, systems, and software. Perform system diagnostics and in-depth troubleshooting for hardware and network issues, escalating to Level 3 support when necessary. Replace or repair faulty components with minimal disruption to scheduled events or meetings. Perform physical device or equipment repairs, device imaging, and/or supporting repairs or adjustments to a third party's equipment.
• Preventive Maintenance & System Health Checks: Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks to ensure systems are operating at peak efficiency. Conduct regular health checks of AV systems, including equipment calibration, firmware updates, and performance optimization. Monitor systems for potential issues and proactively resolve them before they affect room functionality.
• Technical Support & User Interaction: Provide high-level technical support for executive-level meetings, ensuring smooth AV system operation during presentations, conferences, and briefings. Assist executives and their teams with on-site AV needs, providing training and support as required.
