IT Technician
Where hiring for an IT Technician to join our client's team. You will be joining a growing team and supporting their day to day as well as projects.
You will be supporting a worldwide organization through tickets, walk ins, and phone calls. There may be some travel involved but not required. We are looking for someone who has experience within a help desk and understands how to prioritize and take initiative. You will be collaborating with colleagues and working with different business units.
Some responsibilities will be to setup, relocate, configure, and troubleshoot end-user, meeting room, and office equipment on site, support the local network on a day to day basis, and support on-prem infrastructure as this rolls in from acquisitions and plan / execute migration of this to cloud services working closely with other colleagues across the group.
Requirements
Experience creating users in Entra ID
Basic knowledge of Azure environments
Experience deploying laptops through Intune
Experience with ticketing systems
