ERP And IT Operations Manager
Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement, and flexible staffing. This role owns the day-to-day operation, administration, and technical architecture of the company's ERP and core IT systems. The IT Operations & ERP Manager serves as the internal expert for Epicor Prophet 21, manages outsourced MSP partners, and ensures systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone comfortable operating as both an ERP architect and IT manager.
Required: 7+ years of progressive IT experience with strong ERP ownership. Deep, hands-on experience with Epicor Prophet 21 is required. Proven experience administering and architecting ERP systems. Strong SQL skills, including reporting and database management. Experience developing business logic and custom solutions using C#. Demonstrated experience managing outsourced MSPs and third-party vendors. Prior leadership or people management experience. Strong understanding of how ERP systems support inventory, purchasing, accounting, and operations.
