Supply-Chain Role At St. Cloud Hospital

Find your purpose serving our patients in this supply-chain role at St. Cloud Hospital! This is a full-time (64 hours per pay period) opportunity, working with our inventory services team.

Schedule

Full time | 64 hours every two weeks

Days | 4 shifts between Monday-Friday (7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

No weekends! (Just raise your hand to help out occasionally when asked)

Pay and benefits

Starting pay begins at $17.00 per hour and increases with experience

Pay range: $13.99 - $25.54 per hour

Duties

Responsible for assessment, implementation, and maintenance of supply inventory locations. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates family centered care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.

Inventory control picks and assembles orders on a project by project basis.

Tracks routine stock orders, to on-site and off-site locations on a project basis.

Assists in the set-up and maintenance of supply locations.

Establishes and maintains effective internal and external customer relationships.

Communicates routinely with the procurement staff to improve supply ordering process.

Performs data input into the materials management information system (MMIS) as assigned.

Performs all other receiving, storage, and distribution duties as assigned, including special projects like data reduction, physical inventories, re-profiling, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Computer skills involving inventory control, receiving and issuing of supplies.

Experience with automated inventory management systems.

Driving record in good standing is required.

A valid Minnesota class D driver's license is required.
