Provide remote technical support via the Service Desk for NYSIF staff and external customers. Address service requests and provide assistance to end users as it relates to NYSIF personal computing, both hardware and software. Image computers. Provide new employee onboarding support. Configure mobile devices. Support all ITS Teams with hardware deployments, installations and system maintenance. Create and maintain user and instructional documentation. Assist with the ITS hardware asset hardware inventory, including the maintenance of hardware inventory system data, participation in the annual Physical Inventory and hardware disposals. Demonstrated ability to engage in good customer service skills when working with end users is required.
