Inside Sales Coordinator

Our Client, a Global Power Technology Leader company, is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator for their Edmonton, AB/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities include:

Responding only to incoming electronic customer enquiries (e.g. emails, forms) and engaging a more experienced Inside Sales Coordinator if needed.

Assisting in compiling budgetary quotes including technical data, customer presentations, lead time and others for customer facing sales force.

Contributing in preparation, scheduling and execution of customer visits and customer events where the procedure is well documented and repetitive.

Supporting processing of orders, issuing of order acknowledgements, invoicing and shipping notices for simple jobs where the procedure is well documented.

Running reports on order status, inventory status and other associated information where the procedure is well documented and repetitive.

Routing identified customer issues to associated teams and following up for resolution (including shipment and after sale).

Periodically reporting inventory/stock levels where the procedure is well documented and repetitive.

Available as a back-up support for all branch personnel in the sale of products to retail customers, where the task is well documented and repetitive.

Quoting customers on replacement engines.

Communicating.

Invoicing.

Logistics supports.

Supporting sales team.

Calling/Emailing customers.

Coordinating with customers.

Supports customer facing sales force through the rhythm of sales; Lead to close. Supports clearly defined procedures under supervision.

Requirements include:

Time management and organizational.

Team working.

Customer support.

Strong software skills with MS Office Suite (Must Have).

CRM programs experience is a benefit.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 2 + years.
