Join our team as an Industrial Engineering Technician (IE Tech) on the HF Comm & Tacair Team in Cedar Rapids, IA, where you'll apply Collins build, inspections, sell, & repair knowledge and analysis tools to drive transformative changes in manufacturing operations. What You Will Do

• Support manufacturing processes including: work sequence, work instructions, procedures, and work flow
• Conduct studies on standard timings and provide analysis for productivity
• Execute engineering changes using Run & Hold process
• Create, discuss, and lead change control tasks/tickets
• Manage moderately sized projects or processes
• Collaborate with support team to solve complex problems
• Develop plans to manage day-to-day challenges
• Some travel to local Iowa regional sites

• You will gain experience with standard work tools and processes. They will execute CORE certification

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience working in electronics and manufacturing
