This role will be responsible for the integration of functional Industrial Engineering solutions for F-35 Wing Systems, and F35 Aircraft Final Finishes teams in a team lead and above the floor capacity; by analyzing and developing production plans, creating and monitoring production health metrics, and shop floor continuous improvement activities.
The individual will strive to enhance all production related activities through the use of automation techniques and a variety of software. Individual will have opportunities to perform as project manager and team lead; helping to mentor and coach a small team of shop floor IEs. Will work closely with Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and a variety of Production support functions.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Work schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
