Join our dynamic team at the design headquarters for construction equipment in Clayton, North Carolina. We specialize in developing machines such as Backhoe Loaders, Hydraulic Excavators, Small Bulldozers, and Skid Steer Loaders. As part of the CMDC hydraulics team, you will help design, develop, and optimize hydraulic systems that serve our global customers.
Responsibilities
Interface with suppliers to provide hydraulic component solutions for Building Construction Product families.
Develop expertise in various hydraulic components used on our machines.
Assist in solving technical problems related to hydraulic systems.
Grow your analytical skills and mastery of engineering concepts.
Expand your professional network within the industry.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in hydraulics and mechanical engineering.
Experience in mechanical design and sheet metal.
Knowledge of systems design and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency in using CREO for design and CAD maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in hydraulic component CAD maintenance.
Ability to interface with hydraulic component suppliers.
Capability to develop new hydraulic system and component solutions for mobile equipment.
Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clayton, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
