Human Resources Performance Coordinator

Salary: $50,856.00 - $70,428.00 Annually

Location: Denver, CO

Job Type: Full Time

This position is open only to Colorado state residents.

Primary Physical Work Address: 707 17th Street, Denver, CO 80202

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt; position is eligible for overtime compensation.

Description of Job:

The salary range for this posting is:

HOURLY: $24.45 - $33.86

BIWEEKLY: $1,956.00 - $2,708.77

MONTHLY: $4,238.00 - $5,869.00

ANNUALLY: $50,856.00 - $70,428.00

The primary duty of this position is to manage CDLE's performance management system, and provide support to CDLE employees on this system. Other duties include providing support for HR business applications, such as position management system, badge management system, as well as the payroll system, time and leave system where they intersect with HR, and any other systems that HR may use. The work will include detecting, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with the systems; logging errors and system problems; providing technical assistance and guidance on policies and processes; and training users. Work may also include monitoring, interpreting, and advising users in the assessment, processing, and dissemination of information received through the system. This position will also document business processes within the HR Unit as applied to systems in use.

The work will require working closely with the Governor's Office of Information Technology as well as performance administrators in other departments.

This position interacts closely with CDLE employees, and hold Office Hours as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience Only: One (1) year of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position to include: managing HR and personnel/performance systems, researching data within systems and providing analysis and writing reports. Experience must include providing direct, personal support to internal customers

OR

Education and Experience: A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to one (1) year

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing a performance management system

Knowledge of state personnel rules.

Experience writing reports.

Customer service.

Performing similar duties as a State of Colorado employee.

Conditions of Employment:

Must be a Colorado resident at time of application.

Appeal Rights: (Updated)

An applicant who has been removed from an employment list or removed from consideration during the selection process may request a review by the State Personnel Director.
