HR Generalist

Robert Half is looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the recruitment process while also serving as a trusted partner for day-to-day HR support.

What You'll Do

• Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
• Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer process, onboarding)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience
• Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring processes
• HR Generalist Support
• Serve as a resource for employee relations and HR inquiries
• Assist with onboarding, benefits administration, and policy interpretation
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance
• Support performance management and engagement initiatives
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience, with strong emphasis on recruiting
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
