We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Virginia. This role may be remote or hybrid based. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting rapid organizational growth by sourcing and hiring top talent for various salaried positions. Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to finalizing hires, across a wide range of salaried roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and various networks to build a robust talent pipeline.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates' qualifications, and provide hiring recommendations based on organizational needs.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely documentation of recruitment activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a high-growth environment.
Engage with candidates to promote the organization and provide a positive recruitment experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate setting.
Proven ability to source and recruit for a diverse range of salaried roles, including supply chain, engineering, finance, and accounting.
Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing techniques, including social media platforms and detail-oriented networks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in recruitment processes.
