Salary starting at $70,000+ (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multi-state HR compliance and policies
Manage recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
Lead performance management and training initiatives
Administer benefits and support company culture
Assisting with safety training and compliance

Requirements:
5+ years of HR management experience
HRIS experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Construction/facility maintenance experience preferred
Must be able to report to Staten Island office daily
