HR Generalist
The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing HR support to drive engagement in the workforce and meet HR business objectives. This position is responsible for supporting talent strategies, responding to day-to-day HR activities for employees, executing talent management efforts and partnering with HR Business Partners to deliver results against the people strategies.
Essential Functions:
- Support the HR team with talent and organizational objectives and challenges: demonstrating resourcefulness to achieve desired outcomes
- Sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of hourly roles
- Manage all leave of absence administrative processes using the company's 3rd party leave of absence administrative vendor
- Extract data to create and monitor HR metrics to identify business opportunities working with the HR team to implement solutions
- Assist in administration of company policies and procedures and ensures consistent application of these requirements
- Process offboarding of employees in various HR information systems
- Conduct stay and exit interviews
- Act as archivist of HR related records and filing systems
- Support the benefits administration process by maintaining working knowledge of the company's benefit plans, support open enrollment functions
- Assist processes connected with payroll administration to confirm accurate and timely payrolls
- Managing sensitive information including but not limited to salary, personal information, and organizational structure
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks in support of Human Resources and organizational clarity
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, I/O Psychology, or related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP certified preferred
- 2+ years experience in an HR Business Generalist or equivalent role
- General knowledge of HR practices including benefits, compensation, employment law, employee/labor relations, talent management and learning and development
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to partner and build relationships
- Good communicator; good listening skills and problem solver

These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $20.00 - $30.00 per hour. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position.
