We're looking for an HR Data Scientist to join our People Analytics Center of Excellence. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in machine learning, AI, and HR data to design and deploy predictive models that inform strategic workforce decisions, from talent acquisition to retention and mobility. You'll work hands-on in Databricks, using scalable data science workflows to turn complex people data into actionable insights that shape how we attract, develop, and retain talent.

You will work with cutting-edge tools such as Databricks, Workday, and Azure to operationalize ML models in production.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, People Analytics Consultants, and HR partners.

The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate. The salary range for this role is $106,600 - $163,400. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
