Administrative Assistant

What You'll Do Each Day
- Review dashboards and worklists to prioritize the delivery of design changes and manufacturing instructions
- Deliver design changes to downstream units with accuracy, detail, and timeliness
- Review manufacturing instructions and resubmit items that are incomplete or not ready for release
- Ensure all instructions are delivered prior to purchase order deadlines
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to support milestone achievement
- Participate actively in team meetings and assist teammates as needed to meet delivery commitments
What You'll Bring to the Role
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional departments
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and SharePoint
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems such as DCMS and BEAM for BOM delivery
- A proactive, responsive mindset with a "doer" mentality
- Minimum of 5 years of on-the-job administrative experience (vocational training may substitute for one year)
- High school diploma or GED with solid reading, math, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs regularly, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs with limited frequency, standing, sitting, walking, reaching, bending, and pushing/pulling equipment as required
