Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Annandale, Minnesota. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide IT support while working in a collaborative environment, with access to great benefits and a yearly bonus. Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Windows 10 and 11 operating systems as well as Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Manage and troubleshoot mobile and handheld devices, including iOS, Android, and Windows mobile.
  • Configure and maintain devices using Microsoft Intune, including autopilot and policy setup.
  • Address and resolve hardware and software issues through effective troubleshooting strategies.
  • Respond to service desk tickets promptly, ensuring timely resolutions for user requests.
  • Administer Active Directory accounts and permissions, supporting user access control.
  • Assist in managing PC hardware and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while effectively communicating solutions to users.
  • Document technical procedures and solutions to maintain a knowledge base for the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of detail-oriented experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for device management and policy configuration.
  • Solid understanding of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications.
  • Experience supporting mobile and handheld devices, including iOS, Android, and Windows mobile.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear and detail-oriented support.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and service desk ticketing systems.
  • Ability to manage and maintain PC hardware and peripherals effectively.
