Position Overview
Adecco Staffing is partnering with a leading Brooklyn-based provider of professional medical staffing to find a dedicated and bilingual Administrative Assistant. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently.
- Update and maintain patient files and records.
- Handle faxing, scanning, and copying documents.
- Schedule and confirm appointments as needed.
- Support daily administrative operations within the medical office
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
