Ensure the Gamer Zone remains visually compelling, organized, and aligned with marketing campaigns and vendor partnerships
Maintain marketing assets, demo products, prizes, and equipment inventory within the space
Deliver a professional, welcoming, and elevated experience for all visitors
Set up, configure, and maintain gaming PCs, consoles, monitors, and peripherals
Ensure all systems are fully operational and optimized for peak performance
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in real time
Install game updates, patches, firmware, and system upgrades as needed
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
Confidently swap or upgrade PC components (GPU, RAM, SSD, cooling systems, etc.) when required
Coordinate with internal IT teams or external vendors for advanced technical issues
Assist with employee engagement events such as tournaments, and team-building gaming nights
Support public activations and experiential marketing initiatives
Coordinate demo setups for visiting vendor partners
Serve as a host for VIP guests, influencers, and partners touring the facility
Prepare the Gamer Zone for livestreams
Manage internal sign-ups, leagues, and leaderboards to foster employee engagement
Collaborate with the marketing team to support broader brand campaigns
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in experiential marketing, showroom or facility management, technical event operations, or a similar hands-on, customer-facing environment
Strong hands-on knowledge of PC hardware and gaming systems
Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues independently
Professional, confident, and hospitality-oriented presence - you are the "face" of the Gamer Zone
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Deep familiarity with competitive gaming titles and esports culture
Must be available to work on Saturdays as part of the regular work schedule
This job posting may span more than one job level. The base salary range for this position in Diamond Bar is $70,304 - $85,000 annually.
