Criss-Cross Applesauce Consulting Firm is a diversified management company overseeing and managing a portfolio of several very successful Thai and Asian restaurant chains (over 10 locations) throughout Washington, Oregon, and Hawaii, in addition to the Asian grocery store Mekong. The company specializes in comprehensive support services for its affiliated brands in the area of human resources, accounting and finance as well as marketing and branding. We are seeking a Food Service Management Analyst to optimize our management and business strategies. Specifically, our Food Service Management Analyst will perform the following duties:
Gather and organize information regarding any management, business, or efficiency problems and identify areas for improvement;
Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes;
Confer with and brief upper management on any potential or existing business issues, and train restaurant managers on any updated procedures or organizational changes; and
Using hospitality experience, prepare recommendations to improve business strategies, improve customer satisfaction, and increase overall engagement.
Salary: $109,803/year
