Food Operations Manager

Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager to support the leadership of the food service operations for Findlay City Schools in Findlay, Ohio. This leader will oversee day-to-day service delivery, manage operational systems and safety standards, and support a high-quality, student-centered dining program. The Operations Manager will partner closely with school leadership, guide and develop frontline teams, and ensure excellence across production, service, inventory, and overall customer experience.

What You'll Do

Have oversight of day-to-day operations while delivering high-quality, consistent food service

Achieve company and client financial targets and goals

Develop and maintain client and customer relationships

Develop strategic plans

Create a positive environment

Ensure client and Sodexo standards are met

What You Bring

Have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively

Have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance

Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service

Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
