Field Service Engineer Ii

As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer sites throughout the US, 100% travel required
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers
  • New installations for conveyance systems
  • Conduct equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance
  • Provide technical support and expertise to customers in the field
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and documentation

You Must Have

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in project management and execution
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
