At almost every point in the medication use process, safety and efficiency can be increased with the comprehensive capabilities of the Pyxis medication management system.

Our goal is to deliver an excellent service experience so interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are a must. Additionally, the Field Service Engineer is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams within our Global Customer Service organization to understand and be sensitive to our customers and business needs from end to end.

  • Pursue ongoing training and self-development to enhance product knowledge and technical skills; attend management-approved seminars and training sessions with the goal of advancing to the next level within 2-3 years.
  • Maintain working knowledge of corporate and service department policies and procedures, including customer complaint handling and Medical Device Reporting; work effectively both independently and collaboratively; and escalate complex issues to team leadership when necessary.

Remote or field-based positions will have different workplace arrangements which will be indicated in the job posting.
