Assist new residential customers with set-up of applications and features on their devices and convey the benefits of an integrated AT&T solution. Key roles and responsibilities include meeting with residential consumers in their homes during product installation, setting up applications and features, presenting customer promotions and offers, and recommending integrated solutions. Achieve sales and service objectives, receive daily schedules for specific areas or territories, and track and report activities through established processes and procedures. Sell all products and services offered by the company.
General duties include customer experience and sales, meeting and exceeding sales goals, understanding customer needs, upselling, time management, engaging customers with AT&T products, providing prompt and courteous customer service, and performing special job requirements such as flexible hours, paperwork completion, computer operation, and independent customer calling.

Basic qualifications include passing assessments or tests associated with the position. Preferred qualifications include 1-3 years of direct retail/customer facing/sales experience and a high school diploma.
Training includes classroom, on-the-job, and online training.
Field sales representatives earn between $40,534 - $51,896 + $20,000 commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn $71,029 per year.
