As a Field Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a passionate team of trainers and sales representatives who create unforgettable in-store experiences. Your mission is to turn everyday shopping into an engaging, hands-on adventure through immersive product demonstrations and impactful training sessions. You'll guide your team from start to finish-hiring, training, coaching, and supporting them every step of the way. Together, you'll educate retail associates and store management, helping them become brand advocates while boosting sales across your territory. Think of yourself as the backbone of the operation, ensuring your team has the tools, skills, and confidence to shine.
This is a full-time role aligned with retail hours-primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends. During peak seasons (think November and December), you may flex to a Thursday-Monday schedule. Travel within your designated region is part of the job, so pack your leadership skills and get ready to hit the road!
Minimum Pay: USD $60,000.00/Yr.
Maximum Pay: USD $65,000.00/Yr.
Compensation is adjusted based on geographic location and state required minimums.

Lead and inspire a team of part-time retail trainers and brand reps
Recruit, onboard, and coach your team for success
Achieve KPIs and consistently meet sales goals and program objectives
Analyze market, territory, and store-level performance; create action plans to drive results
Manage and develop team members through ongoing 1:1 coaching and field visits
Foster a culture of recognition and best-practice sharing via team calls and social platforms
Execute staffing and scheduling of top talent in your market
Maintain program staffing levels consistently at or above 95% of target
Assist with call form creation, scheduling waves, and other tasks
Lead client kick-off calls as needed and support the creation of presentation decks for these meetings
Periodically attend client-facing calls
Summarize and report on field activities, feedback, and competitive insights, including hours utilization plans weekly, as well as actual hours worked by the field teams
Build strong relationships with retail partners and store leadership
Travel within your market to support and develop your team
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
5+ years of retail, field, or territory management experience
Consumer electronics experience is a plus.
A natural leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication (written and verbal).
Ability to manage and train team members remotely.
