IT Technical Specialist Lead
You will serve as the Information Technology (IT) Technical Specialist Lead in an Enterprise shared services environment. You will be responsible for the design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and configuration management of multiple technologies associated with network and computing systems. You will serve as the technical lead to create, plan, and implement improvements to existing network and computing system architectures. You will serve as a team member responsible for implementation, integration, and daily operation of network and computing systems in a Data Center or Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. You will monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot the network and computing systems across the Local and Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN) to maintain optimal performance and prevent catastrophic failures. You will support troubleshooting, problem isolation, and resolution efforts, from start to finish, ensuring outages are resolved in a timely manner.
Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: expertise in routing and switching, network management, and hardware configuration; project management, budgeting, and prioritizing skills.
