End User Support Specialist Ii

Robert Half has a client in the Manufacturing industry seeking an End User Support Specialist II. The ideal candidate for this position would have at least 3 - 5 years of IT support experience. This will be a contract to permanent opportunity that will be onsite.

Provide deskside support for end users on the production line and corporate office

Troubleshoot Zebra label printers and Zebra handheld devices

Administer user accounts for Active Directory and other applications

Microsoft Office 365 admin portal experience: assigning licenses, creating mailboxes etc.

Support Windows 10/11 Environment

Troubleshoot peripheral hardware

Experience with MFA, SSO setups within Entra ID (Azure)

Requirements

Previous experience within a manufacturing environment would be beneficial.

Microsoft Office 365 admin portal experience: assigning licenses, creating mailboxes etc.

Troubleshoot Zebra label printers and Zebra handheld devices

Active Directory experience: create/delete users, manage GPOs etc.

Troubleshoot FTP issues

Troubleshoot network printer issues (Lennox, HP, etc.)

Troubleshoot VPN issues

Experience with MFA, SSO setups within Entra ID (Azure)
