Email Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play an integral part in developing and optimizing customer lifecycle marketing programs while ensuring seamless communication and campaign execution. This position is based in Austin, Texas, and requires someone with a strong attention to detail and a solid background in email marketing platforms and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Build and implement customer lifecycle nurture programs to drive engagement and retention.
- Develop and maintain the infrastructure for customer trust communications to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Enhance segmentation frameworks by utilizing product and account data for targeted campaigns.
- Streamline campaign workflows to reduce backlog and improve execution speed.
- Create and standardize Marketo templates and lifecycle documentation for efficient campaign management.
- Deliver regular performance reports and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Manage automation processes for customer lifecycle journeys, prioritizing accuracy and efficiency.
- Support in-app messaging initiatives using tools such as Pendo to enhance customer communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Uphold rigorous QA standards to minimize errors and maintain high-quality campaign delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in email campaign management and lifecycle marketing.
- Expertise with email marketing platforms, including Marketo and Salesforce.
- Skilled in designing and optimizing email templates for various campaigns.
- Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage cross-functional workflows.
- Proficiency in crafting compelling email copy that resonates with target audiences.
- Familiarity with segmentation strategies and automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement.
- Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
