Join Our Data Operations Team

Join our Data Operations team, where every day brings variety and the opportunity to make a direct impact on our customers' banking experience. This role is at the heart of customer support, providing assistance with telephone and electronic banking, debit cards, ATMs, and more-all while ensuring both internal and external customers receive exceptional service.

What You'll Do

Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Answer incoming calls, research and resolve transaction issues, assist with Online Banking, and manage all incoming inquiries-all while identifying opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services.

Maintain Accounts & Deposits: Review and approve mobile, ATM, and branch deposits, monitor for fraud, and perform account maintenance as needed.

Guide New Customer Onboarding: Manage the Online Account Opening channel, set up new accounts with the right products, and work across departments to ensure a seamless hand-off.

Monitor Debit Card Activity & Fraud Trends: Oversee card maintenance, respond to fraud alerts, and stay ahead of fraud patterns by reviewing reports and creating preventative measures.

Collaborate & Support the Team: Provide training and assistance to colleagues, share important information with supervisors, and ensure smooth communication across departments.

What You Need

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: No prior banking experience required. Previous use of personal computers and office equipment is expected.

Skills:

Strong oral and written communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette

Solid math skills and an understanding of how debits and credits work

Ability to stay composed under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently

Proficiency with email, MS Word, Excel, and mobile apps

A customer-first mindset with a tactful and team-oriented approach
