Experienced Professional Electromechanical Engineer

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Experienced Professional Electromechanical Engineer. This position does not support teleworking; you will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in King of Prussia PA and be expected to work a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full-time.

Key activities you will accomplish in this role:

  • Draft and release Zuken E3 schematics for missile wiring programs
  • Create and release 3D wiring models
  • Support wiring fabrication and installation

To be effective in this role, you will need:

  • Experience and/or knowledge of CAD Drafting (Zuken E3, Creo, or similar) and electrical or mechanical design.
  • 1+ years professional experience (or Masters Degree).
  • While no clearance is needed to start in this position, you will need to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with a STEM focus and Mechanical Engineering fundamental principles.
  • CAD, CREO, or ZUKEN experience
  • Must be a US Citizen; this position will require the ability to obtain government security clearance.

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary engineers
  • Strong attention to detail

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

  • Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
  • Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
