Electrical Engineer Position
Insight Global's client is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team in Midland, TX! The Electrical Engineer will provide technical advisement and hands-on design support for a variety of electrical engineering projects primarily within the oil field industry. This role is primarily focused on electrical system design and modeling of power line systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical advisement on engineering projects.
- Design and model electrical systems, including data conversions and system simulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards.
Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering OR professional experience in Load flow studies or safety electrical studies
- Willing to obtain PE or EIT certification - PE or EIT certification
- Familiarity with modeling tools and data conversion processes
- Experience with E-Tap Software
