Test performance of electromechanical assemblies using instruments such as oscilloscopes and digital multimeters.

Read schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine assembly methods and sequences.

Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies.

Assemble and rework electrical hardware using soldering equipment and hand tools.

Align, fit, and assemble parts using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates, and microscopes.

Inspect parts for surface defects and verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments.

Analyze and record test results; prepare written testing documentation.

Work with internal customers to identify repair needs for hardware.

Support ultrasound system repair and upgrade following wear or damage using system build instructions.

Upgrade system software by following written instructions or collaborating with design engineering.

Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial Soldering

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Technology Assembler

Minimum of 3 years' experience to read schematics and use test instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in precision measuring and documentation.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Electrical Engineering Exposure (ELECENG)

Lab Management Experience (LABMGR)
