Sales Partnerships is building a dedicated field sales team to support the growth of CJB Pest and Mosquito Control, a respected pest management company with over a century of service and a reputation for professionalism and customer care.
We are hiring motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help expand CJB's residential customer base in the Farmington Hills area. This is a face-to-face outside sales role where you will connect directly with homeowners and introduce them to CJB's trusted pest control services.

Conduct door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods
Introduce homeowners to CJB Pest Control services
Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment programs
Present service options and close new customer accounts
Record sales activity using mobile sales tools
Work assigned territories to build strong neighborhood customer bases
Represent the CJB brand with professionalism and integrity
Hourly Pay Rate + Commission + End of Season Bonus Potential
Base hourly pay rate of $20 per hour plus uncapped commissions. "At plan" compensation is $1,400 per week.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Reliable transportation
Ability to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors
Sales experience is helpful but not required
Experience in the following high volume industries is a plus:
Pest control sales
Home internet sales
Home services sales
Security system sales
