We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Director, Pro Marketing - Security & Safety to lead our Pro Security dealer and Electrical and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth through our Security/Electrical Pros, resellers, and distributors. You will collaborate closely with sales, product management, and Security/Electrical teams to ensure alignment and success across go-to-market initiatives.
Strategy & Planning
Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Build and execute go-to-market campaigns and programs with/through Security and Electrical Pros to drive pipeline and revenue.
Own the planning and execution of co-marketing programs.
Security/Safety Engagement
Collaborate with sales, Security dealers, Electrical Pros and management teams to identify growth opportunities.
Design enablement programs, toolkits, and collateral that empower security/electrical pros to market and sell effectively.
Drive Security/Safety Pro communications, including newsletters, webinars, and portal content.
Campaign Management
Launch integrated marketing campaigns (events, digital, email, content) tailored to Security dealers and Electrical Pros segments.
Track and report on Security/Safety Pro performance and campaign ROI.
Cross-functional Leadership
Work closely with product marketing, sales, and operations to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.
Serve as the voice of the Security dealers and electrical pro installers within the marketing organization.
Analytics & Optimization
Analyze Security dealer and Electrical Pro campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve KPIs.
Create dashboards and reports to track marketing effectiveness and contribution to revenue.
YOU MUST HAVE:
10+ years of experience in marketing, product management, and/or related disciplines.
3+ years in channel or Security/Safety Pro marketing leadership roles.
Proven success in building and scaling marketing programs in a B2B environment (technology, SaaS, or manufacturing and/or related disciplines).
Deep understanding of ecosystems, including resellers, distributors, and alliances.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
