As Director of Sales, you will lead the property’s sales strategy and drive performance across all revenue-generating segments. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with Pyramid’s regional sales and revenue leaders, you will balance direct selling with team leadership. This is a hands-on, results-driven role on the Executive Committee, with responsibility for maximizing business travel, group, and catering revenue in one of Boston’s most competitive markets. We’re supporting a major repositioning effort at Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill, an established property undergoing a full renovation, rebranding to a Hilton’s Tapestry Collection, and strategic shift in market identity. This is a unique opportunity for a sales leader to step into a high-visibility project and play a central role in redefining the hotel’s presence in Boston’s core urban market. The incoming Director of Sales will partner directly with corporate leadership throughout the renovation timeline, drive a new commercial strategy, and help relaunch the property as a Tapestry Collection hotel, positioning, and performance expectations. Ideal for a creative, forward-thinking leader excited by change-management, pre-opening style work, and repositioning an urban asset in one of Boston’s most competitive markets.
