Director Of Digital Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Director of Digital Marketing to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive digital growth across B2B and B2C channels. Based in Coppell, Texas, this role will focus on enhancing customer engagement, optimizing digital experiences, and leveraging marketing technologies to deliver impactful results. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on expertise, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Provide detailed performance analyses and actionable insights to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering growth and expertise.
  • Design and execute automated, personalized lifecycle campaigns to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to enhance digital touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
  • Oversee the marketing technology stack, including platforms such as Iterable and customer data platforms, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Manage website strategy, including content updates, optimization, and user experience enhancements.
  • Drive adoption and retention of the company's mobile app through targeted digital campaigns.
  • Develop strategies for loyalty and rewards programs, integrating them seamlessly into the broader digital experience.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing consumer-facing mobile apps, including acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with modern marketing technology platforms, such as Iterable and customer data platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights effectively.
  • Proven ability to oversee website strategy and digital content optimization.
  • Familiarity with customer experience tools and best practices to influence journey design.
  • Experience leading and developing teams, fostering collaboration and growth with attention to detail.
