Now Hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) A Direct Support Professional (DSP) supports individuals with developmental disabilities to have a better quality of life. A DSP promotes the health, safety and well-being of residents.
We are hiring full & part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for the Milford Site. All shifts available including Weekend Warriors!

Direct Support Professional Job Responsibilities:
- Provides direct care to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Performs personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, and ambulation, medical monitoring, and health care related tasks.
- Ensures client safety and maintaining a safe environment.
- Housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and cleaning.
- Preparing and serving food/meals, and clean-up.
- Encourages self-help activities.
- Reminds and assists clients with self-administration of medications (with proper training).
- Documents- complete all documentation required.
- All other duties required by supervisor.
Direct Support Professional Qualifications / Skills:
- Ability to work in a group home, home-like settings
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
