We're currently looking for a driven, competitive, and hands-on Team Leader to help grow our Pittsburgh market. This is more than a sales role you'll lead from the front, mentor developing sales consultants, and help scale a high-performing door-to-door sales team in one of the fastest-growing industries.

As a Team Leader, you'll play a critical role in both producing sales and developing the next generation of top performers.
Lead from the front by actively participating in door-to-door energy sales
Recruit, train, and mentor new Energy Sales Consultants
Drive team performance and maintain high daily activity levels
Support the Sales Manager with initiatives that improve team productivity
Develop and execute strategies to grow the customer base
Ensure your team consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales targets
Foster a competitive, positive, and high-performance culture
Promote and represent the Mpower Direct brand and mission
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who has already proven themselves in field sales.
Experience in door-to-door (D2D) or direct sales
Minimum 1 year of experience leading, coaching, or developing a sales team
Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets
Strong communication and leadership skills
Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Comfortable working evenings and weekends
We offer a high-performance compensation structure designed to reward leadership and production.
Base Pay: $600 per week
Commission: $35--$70 per sale (tiered based on volume)
On-Target Earnings:
$67,000 -- $104,000+ annually
Top performers earn significantly more.
