We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across web, social, email, and paid channels. Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, email, web, and paid media.
Manage social channels, create content calendars, and publish engaging posts.
Build, deploy, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.
Create, test, and improve landing pages for lead generation and conversions.
Monitor performance metrics across all channels and provide actionable insights.
Conduct keyword research and support SEO strategy to improve organic visibility.
Assist with paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) including targeting, optimization, and reporting.
Analyze user behavior, website performance, and funnel metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
Collaborate with design, content, and product teams on cross-functional projects.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital content and communications.
Requirements
2-5+ years of digital marketing experience (agency or in-house).
Strong knowledge of social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC fundamentals.
Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Marketo.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and keyword tools.
Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills.
Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) a plus.
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns.
