Desktop Support Technician
Proactively recruiting Desktop Support Technicians for onsite contract roles across multiple industries.
Support desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
Perform imaging, deployments, and hardware refreshes
Troubleshoot Windows OS, O365, VPN, and connectivity issues
Install and configure software and maintain asset documentation
Provide deskside, walk-up, or floor support depending on environment
Requirements
1-4 years of desktop support experience
Strong hardware troubleshooting skills
Experience with imaging tools (SCCM, MDT, Intune, etc.)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
