Onsite Customer Services Technician

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Commerce City CO is looking for an Onsite Customer Services Technician to join their safety conscious team! This team member is responsible for the successful execution of all administrative duties at our customer location daily. The Onsite Customer Services Technician serves as representative of HPC-Industrial creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers. The Field Administrator is responsible for the safe and proper execution of HPC-Industrial jobs across all service lines in accordance with client and business requirements and company policies, practices and procedures. Transitioning Military, this is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and training as you return to civilian life.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times;

Must show ability to take full responsibility for all facets of assignments;

Customer Services background a plus;

Required Qualifications:

Data entry experience a MUST;

Enthusiastic personality;

Exceptional communication skills;

Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Word).

High School diploma or equivalent (required);

Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously;

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;

Valid Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
