Customer Service Specialist Daily Tasks: What you will do:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and guidance.
Resolve service and billing complaints through refunds, exchanges, account adjustments, or other appropriate actions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and follow-up.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and actions taken.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
Manage multiple tasks independently, prioritizing workload in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Service Specialist Qualifications/Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
1-2 years of customer service experience required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with computer applications such as MS Outlook and data entry software.
