The position is remote, with candidates ideally based in Richmond or Plano, Virginia.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries with efficiency, ensuring prompt resolution of complaints and concerns.
Process billing adjustments and administer claims with accuracy.
Utilize Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite to complete documentation and presentations.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and provide seamless support.
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers through written and verbal channels.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner while maintaining a positive rapport.
Support merchandising and account adjustments as required.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
Operate within a call center environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Provide detailed and accurate information to customers regarding company services and policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Google Suite and other computer applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
