Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and customer service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting order processing, complaint management, and customer relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, problem-solving skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: High Point, NC
Pay Range: $25.16
Shift: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
What's the Job?
Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely order handling and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Support the order to cash process by collaborating with third-party collection agencies to resolve collection issues.
Initiate and track product setup requests, escalating urgent requirements as needed.
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions.
Enter and coordinate customer complaints, initiate credits or RMAs, and resolve issues through appropriate processes.
What's Needed?
High School diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
4-5 years of experience with SAP preferred.
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow safety instructions and guidelines.
Strong ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, SAP, and adaptable to new software applications.
